It’s that time of year again. It’s time to kick off another season at Lost Arrow Archery Club. This is going to be a season like no other. There is a lot of uncertainty in the world that we are all coping with. We want to try and make this the best season we can.
We’ve already had to postpone our 3D Extreme and Bob’s Bonus Bonanza shoots. We haven’t rescheduled either shoot as of this time. We will be taking this up when the Safer At Home order is lifted. We will post any updates on our website, http://www.fdllostarrowarcheryclub.com and Facebook page, @fdllostarrowarchery.
We plan to keep the start of league the same (May 4th). We will not open the clubhouse until the order is lifted. Score cards will be available on the outside of the clubhouse. We ask that you respect other members and practice social distancing while at the club. We also ask that if you get to the club and there are more than 10 vehicles in the parking lot, you leave and come back at another time. The club will provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant throughout the course. You’ll have Monday thru Friday to turn in your score. Weekends will be for changing the course.
As always the club is looking for active members. We need people to sign up for lawn mowing, course maintenance and to come and help out at “ work parties” that we have before each shoot. We also need members willing to put their names in to be board members and bring fresh ideas to the club.
We are all facing uncertain times. Lost Arrow is committed to make this the best archery season possible. Hope to see you out on the course enjoying what Lost Arrow has to offer.
Thank You,
Kevin Harmsen
Club President
